Hoops & Dreams Program
Our program offers flexible intake durations tailored to meet the individual needs of our athletes. You can join us for an intensive 3-week session or decide to stay longer for a 6, 9, or 12-week program. Each week of the program is structured to focus on different aspects of basketball including ball handling, defense, shooting, physical conditioning, and game strategy. This ensures a well-rounded development of skills and understanding of the game.
For those who aspire for an extended basketball journey, we offer an adjustable training period beyond our standard 12-week program. Simply write to us expressing your interest and we’ll work out a training schedule that aligns with your ambitions and commitments.
GROUP TRAINING
